A mortgage broker is a home loans expert who helps clients find the best mortgage for their individual circumstances. We act as the middle people between lenders and our clients, and negotiate the best possible deals and conditions – such as interest rates and payments terms.
Why should I use a mortgage broker?
If you attempt to find a lender on your own, you will have to submit separate applications to each lender. However, our service allows you to submit a single application that will be evaluated and matched with several possible lenders, which can be a very time-consuming and tedious process. The process is faster, easier and more convenient than searching for a mortgage yourself. We do the legwork and find the best deals – all you have to do is decide.
Our brokers are well-trained and have a deep understanding of the mortgage process. We also understand the criteria and requirements of various lenders, so we know which lenders will be likely to accept your application before it is even submitted.
With our assistance, you can be sure that you are getting the best possible deal on your home loan.
What is included in your services?
We will guide you through the process of choosing the ideal lender for your situation. We will assist you in locating and getting approved for a mortgage that is tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Our company will collect all of the necessary documents and submit them for you. Furthermore, we will negotiate with lenders to get you the best financial deal possible.
How are you different from other mortgage brokers?
We have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for our clients. This is due in part to the superior relationships we have with a large number of leading lenders, who give us preferential treatment and can often fast-track applications.
We also offer our clients a holistic service – we go beyond just looking for the best home loan for them. Whether it’s researching and finding the perfect property, or guiding them through each of the steps and processes involved with purchasing a property, our team is always at hand to help our clients from start to finish.
For most clients we provide our services for free.
In extreme or special circumstances, however, we may charge a fee, but these will be disclosed upfront before we commence our services.
What interest rate will I pay on my loan?
The exact interest rate you will pay cannot be determined until we begin negotiating with lenders. However, in the majority of cases Australian Pacific Financial Solutions will be able to find you the best rate possible for your individual situation. We understand the credit scoring process and the guidelines of various lenders, so we know from the start which lenders will be most likely to approve your application.
For most clients, we will be able to find a major lender that will offer a loan. For clients with multiple credit issues, we may sometimes need to use a smaller lender, but the rate will likely be similar to the Bank Standard Variable Rate.
The process of applying for a loan through Australian Pacific Financial Solutions is simple and hassle-free. Once you have filled out an application and sent us the required documents, we will examine your application to determine which lenders are best suited to your needs. We will then contact you to discuss our evaluation. Once you have chosen a lender, we will guide you through the remainder of the process.
